Hi, It's been a long time now since I last used QB64.
How do I use debug ? I understand the basics etc... but how do I kick it off to start debugging my program ?
Thanks,
Mike

Welcome and Merry Christmas mlambertI can't think of a better more needed topic for the Wiki than Debug ie in the Articles and Tutorials section. Fellippe Heitor was the author of that and did a fine tutorial that I can't locate. Anybody got a copy of the link?

Thank you bplus for the reply. Further to my request for help .. I think I remember having to start a debug program but now I am using v2.1 and it has the debug in the IDE. My question remains the same ... how do I use the debug option ? or what is the name of the 'old' debug program ? Mike

Grymmjack found these shorties on Reddit: You might be able to work it out trial and error with the IDE and the Debug menu... The old and separate program was called vWatch64: github.com/FellippeHeitor/vWATCH64

The old and separate program was called vWatch64: github.com/FellippeHeitor/vWATCH64Well something happened to the links above, all I get is this: Guess they (ProBoards because the links still work from another forum) don't like links to reddit??? or reddit doesn't like links from proboards because that looks like their artwork/logo. Funny I am more curious about this than how debugger works ; - ) ) BTW fellippe is a member here also try an @ or PM?
