Receiving the message "File internal\support\vwatch\vwatch_stub.bm not found on current line" o merely loading code (which previously worked)
.... can anyone throw some light on this please?

Have been able to circumvent the problem - Downloaded ~QB64 into a separate folder.... Now running from there.
No help on the Forum though - I guess no one else has ever seen that error message/no one understands the error
I shall now Close the Thread

It's also possible that this forum isn't as active as you thought it was. But it sounds like this error was caused by you copying new QB64 source files into an existing directory for the update rather than putting it into a new directory. Failures are expected in this case.

I suspect a lot more details would be needed for anyone to answer the op question. I'll share that I haven't encountered such an error.
